sometimes the wrapping/the ritual is more important than the content. or is it?
in the moment of opening a casket, when one is revealing that which is to be kept safe, the connection between the shell and the core is most vibrant. to celebrate this moment i sometimes followed a sound, sometimes a mechanism, sometimes the joy of a puzzle or disguise.
